Betting & Gameplay Rules
General betting principles
- Product scope: Live Score Bet offers sports betting, in-play betting, live score features and other betting and gaming products as described on the Website. The availability of specific markets, events and games may change from time to time.
- House rules: All Bets are subject to these Terms and any specific sports rules, game rules or market-specific conditions published on the Website. In the event of inconsistency, the specific rules for a market or product take precedence for that Bet.
- Time of placement: A Bet is valid only once it has been accepted by our servers and appears in your betting history. If there is any discrepancy, our transaction logs are decisive, subject to our duty to act fairly.
Placing bets, stakes and limits
- Stake limits: Each market may have minimum and maximum stakes determined by us. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or otherwise made available on the Website.
- Bet confirmation: It is your responsibility to check that your Bet details (event, market, odds, stake and type of Bet) are correct before confirming. Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, it cannot normally be cancelled or amended by you.
- Refusal and partial acceptance: We may refuse, limit or partially accept any Bet, or impose win limits, where we consider it necessary for regulatory, integrity, trading, technical or responsible-gambling reasons.
- Cash out and features: Where available, features such as "Cash Out" are offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn or unavailable for technical, trading or regulatory reasons. Cash Out values are not guaranteed until accepted by our servers.
Settlement, scores and live data
- Official results: Bets are settled on the official result of the relevant event or market as determined by the relevant governing body or official source, regardless of subsequent changes (e.g. disqualifications) unless otherwise stated in the applicable rules.
- Live scores and statistics: Live scores, statistics and visualisations on the Website are for guidance only. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that such data is free from error, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on live data where the official result differs.
- Palpable errors: Where odds, lines or markets are offered or settled in error (for example, due to obvious typographical mistakes or technical faults), we may void Bets or settle them at the correct odds in accordance with our error policy, acting reasonably and in line with UKGC expectations.
Bet cancellation, voiding and technical issues
- Voiding Bets: We may declare a Bet void (and return the stake) in circumstances including event cancellation, material rule changes, technical or pricing errors, or where required by applicable rules or regulations.
- Technical failures: If a Bet is accepted after the outcome of an event is known, or after an event has materially progressed, we may treat it as void unless it was offered as an in-play market on that basis.
- System downtime: We will take reasonable steps to ensure the Website is available and functioning properly. However, Bets that are confirmed by our servers before any outage remain valid. We are not responsible for Bets that are not placed or amended due to connectivity issues on your side.
Conduct, fair play and chat rules
- Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in fraud, collusion, match-fixing, abuse of bonuses, arbitrage designed to exploit obvious pricing errors, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events or our Services.
- Live chat and interactions: Where chat or community features are available, you must not use language or content that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, or that promotes illegal activity. We may monitor and moderate chats and may suspend or remove access to chat at our discretion.
- Integrity measures: Suspicious betting patterns may be investigated and reported to relevant authorities, sports governing bodies and integrity units. We may suspend or withhold settlement of Bets while an investigation is ongoing.
Bonus Terms
General rules for Bonuses
- Supplementary conditions: All Bonuses, including free bets, free spins, deposit matches and loyalty rewards, are subject to these Terms and to any specific conditions communicated on the Website or in the promotion description (the "Bonus Rules"). In case of conflict, the Bonus Rules prevail for that promotion.
- Non-transferability: Bonuses are issued to a single, verified Account and cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred or assigned to any other person or Account.
- Eligibility: Bonus eligibility may depend on criteria such as residence, payment method, minimum deposit, or bet type. We may restrict certain Bonuses to new or existing customers, or to specific time periods or events.
Bonus activation and wagering requirements
- Activation: Some Bonuses are credited automatically when you fulfil qualifying conditions; others require you to opt-in, enter a promo code or actively claim them. Details are set out in the relevant Bonus Rules.
- Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be subject to Wagering Requirements before they become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible markets, minimum odds, and contribution of different games will be displayed in the Bonus Rules.
- Time limits: Bonuses and associated Wagering Requirements are typically subject to expiry periods (for example, a certain number of days from issue or from first qualifying bet). Any remaining Bonus funds or related winnings may be removed from your Account after the relevant period expires, as stated in the Bonus Rules.
Prohibited play and abuse
- Irregular betting: You must not place Bets or use products in a way that is intended to manipulate or unfairly meet Wagering Requirements, including but not limited to low-risk or zero-risk wagering, covering both sides of a market, or using multiple Accounts or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
- Game restrictions: Certain games, bet types or markets may be excluded from counting towards Wagering Requirements or may contribute at a reduced percentage. These restrictions will be set out in the Bonus Rules or in the general bonus information on the Website.
- Consequences of abuse: Where we reasonably believe that you have breached Bonus Rules or engaged in bonus abuse, we may remove Bonus funds and related winnings, adjust your Account balance, and/or suspend or close your Account, acting fairly and in line with regulatory expectations.
Combining promotions and free bets
- Multiple offers: Unless expressly permitted, Bonuses cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotions. Where more than one Bonus could apply to the same qualifying activity, we will apply only one Bonus, at our discretion.
- Free bets: Stakes from free bets are generally not returned as part of any winnings unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Bonus Rules. Free bets may be restricted to particular markets, minimum odds or settlement periods.
- Changes to promotions: We may withdraw or amend a Bonus or promotion at any time for regulatory, legal or operational reasons, provided that any changes do not adversely affect rights you have already accrued in relation to a claimed Bonus.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit methods and limits
- Available methods: Deposits may be made using payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Website, which typically include debit cards and selected e-wallets or bank transfer solutions that are permitted under UK Gambling Commission rules.
- Crypto assets: For players using Live Score Bet from within the United Kingdom, we do not accept deposits or withdrawals in cryptocurrencies or other digital assets where this would conflict with applicable UK regulations.
- Minimum and maximum amounts: Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day or other period. These limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method or Account status.
- Source of funds and affordability: We may request information or documentation to verify the source of funds used for gambling and to assess affordability. We may decline deposits or limit your activity where you do not provide satisfactory information.
Withdrawals and processing
- General rule: Subject to these Terms and any regulatory requirements, you may withdraw available real-money balances using the withdrawal options shown in the cashier. Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used to deposit.
- Verification prior to withdrawal: We may require that KYC and AML checks are satisfactorily completed before processing withdrawals. This can include identity, address and source-of-funds checks.
- Processing times: We aim to process withdrawal requests within reasonable timeframes; however, processing times may vary depending on internal checks, third-party payment providers and weekends or bank holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers, provided we have acted with reasonable care and without undue delay.
- Fees: Any applicable fees or charges for deposits or withdrawals will be disclosed in the cashier or otherwise on the Website. Where legally permissible, we may charge reasonable fees for certain withdrawal methods or for repeated withdrawals within short periods.
Chargebacks, refunds and bet settlement
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or reversal of a payment, we may suspend your Account, recover any amounts improperly credited, and cooperate with payment providers and authorities to investigate potential fraud or misuse.
- Refunds: Deposits are not generally refundable simply because you choose not to use the funds for betting. However, we may, in limited cases and at our discretion, consider refunds where required by law or where a deposit has not been used for gambling and no Bonus misuse or regulatory risk is identified.
- Refunding Bets and Bonuses: Where Bets are voided in accordance with these Terms or applicable rules, your stake will normally be returned to your Account. Bonus funds may be adjusted or removed in line with the relevant Bonus Rules and responsible-gambling obligations.
Dormant and closed Accounts
- Dormant Accounts: Where an Account has been inactive for a prolonged period, we may classify it as dormant in accordance with the rules published on the Website. We will take reasonable steps to contact you before applying any dormant-account procedures.
- Balance handling: If your Account is closed or self-excluded, we will, subject to our AML and regulatory obligations, return any remaining real-money balance to you using a suitable payment method.

However, we will provide tools and information to support safer gambling and comply with our regulatory duties.
